using coupons at Rexall in Ontario

Hello, I need some input about an issue I had Today at Rexall. I bought 2 6 packs of Orange Crush & 2 6 packs of Schweps bottles (these were $1.99). I attempted to use my coupon that saves $2 when you purchase 2 6 packs. The cashier told me she could not take the coupon because it could not be combined with an other offer.

I don't understand this because there was no other coupons used (not even the coupon book Rexall puts out)

Strange thing is my friend was able to purchase 4 using the same coupon with another cashier. I asked to speak to the manager and she did not come out.

I was pretty peeved off ! I left and went to another Rexall and was able to use the coupon.

I agree, contact Head Office, even if their official policy was not to take it, the manager should have come out when you asked for them

They should have taken it. no other coupon was used. I had a (different)problem with Rexall myself yesterday. What was the other offer?????it being on sale?????? But please don't tell me you found those coupons in Windsor, I looked for them everywhere! I agree call head office.
