best shopping trip yet

This weekend was great for couponing. With lots of new coupons and great deals everywhere I was off . I took my cousin with me. Am trying to get her addicted to savings n couponing (succeeded).

Started at dollorama

15 OLAY body wash $1 - $1coupon
10 alberto hair shine $1 - $1 coupon

Paid tax approx $3

Then to ZELLERS

Lost my receipt so might forget some items or exact price but pretty close

16 travel size aspirin $1,97 - $6 coupon (lots of overage)
21 gillette shave gel $1.49 - $5 wub 3 (more overage)
2 gilette deoderant $2,50 (bogo 2 body wash $4.99 each free)
6 secret deoderants $3.99 - $1coupon (better deals out there spending overage)
3 (4pks dove soap) with bonus deoderant $4,99 - $1 coupon
3 jergens body cream (bonus packs w hand soap) $6,99 - $2coupon
2 head n shoulders $4.99 - $1coupon
9 listerine zero mouth wash $3.37 - $3 printable
5 crest pro health sensitive $1.99 - $.75 coupon
3 lady speedstick invisibles $3.99 - $2 coupons
3 packs of teething rings for triplets $4 no coupons

Total before coupons $259
Total after coupons $59ish (29 was just tax and 12 for baby toys) so I paid
Around $20 for all above.

Then today I went to rexall and got
6 old spice deoderants $1.49 - $3wub 2
3 secret $1.49 - $1
Total $3.50ish

Stopped at walmart for the below:
25 la coupe travel size $2 - $2
6 baby cereals PM'd loblaws $3 each
1 soap dispenser PM'd metro $6.99 - 5$coupon
4 secret deoderant PM'd rexall $1.49 - $1coupon

Stopped at metro and found 18 bags of dog food $.99 - $1coupon

This is my last shopping spree for the next 6weeks. Having surgery (ankle fused)to eliminate arthritis, takes 6 weeks recovery. Will have to send ppl if I find a really good deal though.

our zellers doesn't allow overages, also my $6 aspirin coupon was on specific sizes so even if i had found travel size i'm sure i wouldn't have been able to use mine on them! good job
