Anyone else have problems using the J&J VIB bonus point coupon?

Used it today, it scanned but when cashier totalled it said not valid for this transaction. I bought 2 J&J nightime bubble baths. Manager said it was because it wasn't one of ones on the picture and it says "select". So now I am supposed to read SDM's mind? WTH? I called HO who said they'd have to contact the store because it should have worked. I'm not sure what that's going to do. Very frustrated!

Sorry Insane... haven't used it yet... i had great luck tonight ... the cashier screwed up ...scanned the pampers coupon twice bit my lip as she did it...couldn't bring myself to say something, so i am up 10,000 pts... the pampers 1000 x 2 & the 8,000 wus $40.00 vib

Thank you for these. Just be careful I tried to combine the Revlon and Almay ones today with the 20x for $75 and was denied. I am going to call in the morning just to check and make sure these two can not be used together.

You should get product bonus points.

Ive called and complained about this before. During 20x the points, I got a few Nativa products with BP (I got them) and some Biotherm stuff (Didn't get them) Don't talk to optimum, make sure you contact customer service.

When I talked to Shoppers Optimum so they can explain to me why I got Nativia BP, but not Biotherm I didn't get many answers "Oh it depends on the type of bonus points they are" "Well, how am I supposed to know this if I buy something with a tag on it that says BP?" Horrible experience, I think I posted it here at some point of time in the SDM thread. I had one of the managers from my store on the phone with shoppers optimum and they were even rude to her! She told me to always deal with Customer Service directly, and if you ask to speak to a manager at a local store, the one at mine was more then willing to correct the error if Customer Service wasn't going to.

Okay well bad news. Both the store and Shoppers CS, via phone, told me the product BP's and the 20x can not be combined so the register gave me the 20x as that was the higher value of points. I know I have done this before on reg 20x days but not since the new registers have been put at my store. If anyone has success with this please let me know.

You need to print the BP coupon and make sure you have at time of purchase.. for most of the time if no offer for extra BP they will not add it later...

I just responded the same thing to you in the other thread. It seems so dumb to me to have to promos running at the same time, on makeup, that can not be combined! They should have done one this week and one the next. I just did this the last 20x day on regular products with no problem (old registers). I may just go today and get 2 Revlon nail files (approx 5 total) for 2500 points to make me feel better! LOL
