The MIR stickers are found on products themselves. Read the date on MIR stickers as it should say valid until NOV 2014, some stores still have the 2013 stickers which will not be valid for this year MIR. There is a new product line they have introduced and most of MIR are for those new range products. They were on a small separate display in cosmetics isle in one of the SDM I went to last week. The second SDM still do not have that kind of display or those products. I am still waiting for my last year'a cheques and once I get them I am definitely gonna buy them. I love that new range especially the blushes were beautiful.

PHYSICIAN FORMULA website states:
MAIL-IN-REBATES
Before you download your rebate form, please make sure you have following:
1)The REBATE which was affixed to your Physicians Formula product.
2)Your original sales receipt with purchase price circled.

I have done it two years in a row. U need to have the rebate stickers attached to product.
this page still states the 2013 rebates aswell as 2014. Check the date on the form before printing it

i did the physicial formula rebate last year and got a $5 cheque within the month.
they were on sale for $10 at walmart (i think) and there was a $2 insert coupon i used as well.

Mascara - 12.59 (6 rebate)
Concealer- 9.44 (6 rebate)
Super CC Cream- 1, Super CC Cream organic-BB Cream Compact- Not sure which ones were what price all came up just saying cream 2 of the products were 13.29 and one product was 18.99 (all these products had 9 rebates on them).

I am waiting for 12 cheques of mine. I sent the rebates in December though
