I will join the party and check out the Hillcrest Mall Target in Richmond Hill right after work. Hopefully the items I'm eyeing for are 30% off.
A bus station is where a bus stops. A train station is where a train stops. On my desk, I have a work station.... what more can I say........

I just got home from checking out the Pointe Claire store, it was insane! Global News was there interviewing people. The parking lot was full, I had to park like a mile away and I'm 37 weeks pregnant and couldn't get a cart! The store was so packed full of people who I bet have ever even stepped foot in a target before. Stupid lookieloos ruining our store. Where were all those people over the past year?
Everything was 10-30% off, but those prices aren't even as good as what their normal sales used to be! I picked up a snowsuit for my son for next year for $33.99 and a wicker basket for mail for $19.99 that I've had my eye on for ages. I really wouldn't recommend going right away, unless there's something you really really want and are worried about stock running out. I'm going to bide my time and check back next week when the discount has increased.
also, they're still accepting target cards, so you do get your additional 5% off!Last edited by Caley917; Thu, Feb 5th, 2015 at 10:13 AM.

Very infuriating...I have now been in line for 35 minutes in the "massive line" that should divide so the next person goes to the next checkout like was planned but then some people started jumping in the smaller ones that weren't actually lines so they have come and gone while I'm still waiting. Not impressed at all

Potohgold - thanks for posting the pics, I feel like I am at Target!
I think I will wait it out, until discounts go lower! I don't really need anything, but I am always willing to buy if the price is right!

Are video games 5% off? Not sure if it's worth going just to save $2 on a pokemon game!

Those 10% off signs remind me of the Zellers liquidation. Arrgghhhh the deals were better with Target's weekly sales (10% off diapers? 20% off the regular price of decorative pillows? etc..) but on the flip side if you like something (like home decor you can only get at Target) then you should just buy it when you find it. Total double edged sword I tell you!! And i know I might cave on some items because those vultures will buy stuff "just because".
