ATO Press Center posted a photo of the enemy tank located near the contact line outside of Horlivka as a proof that pro-Russian terrorists continue to violate withdrawal line. OSCE also reported 12 towed howitzers (D-30, 122mm) that were not withdrawn by militants according to agreement made in Minsk.
The tank is located no more than 5 km from positions of Ukrainian Army.
Observers of OSCE also posted their report that indicates that pro-Russian militants violated withdrawal agreement in Lugansk Region. When observers tried to check the location where 12 towed howitzers (D-30, 122mm) were spotted they were stopped by armed man who started to fire in the air and another man pointed a riffle at them.

More than 9,000 killed since start of Ukraine conflict: UN
Geneva (AFP) - More than 9,000 people have been killed since the conflict in Ukraine began, the United Nations said Wednesday, warning that even though fighting had abated, millions were in precarious situations.
...at least 9,115 people -- including civilians, soldiers and militia members -- have perished since the beginning of the conflict in mid-April 2014, with another 20,797 injured, Magazzeni (Gianni Magazzeni, head of the office's Americas, Europe and Central Asia branch) said, describing this as "a conservative estimate".
He said the steep increase from the previous toll of nearly 8,000 deaths reported by his office in September was among other things due to previously unidentified bodies in morgues being added, and many people long considered missing now counted as dead.
He warned though that since the cut-off date of the UN report, "there has been an increase in ceasefire violations", including "the renewed employment of artillery systems in the conflict area."
Magazzeni also cautioned that "an inflow of ammunition, weaponry and fighters from the Russian Federation into the territories controlled by the armed groups continues, leaving the situation highly flammable."

More than 44,000 mines have been cleared from from the separatist Donetsk and Lugansk regions of eastern Ukraine
Most of those hurt and killed since August have fallen victim to landmines and other explosive devices, the report said, underscoring "the urgent need for extensive mine clearance and mine awareness actions on both sides of the contact line."
Ukraine's emergencies ministry said that by last month it had cleared the separatist Donetsk and Lugansk regions in the former Soviet republic's once-booming industrial heartland of more than 44,000 mines.
But the warring sides and foreign monitors are struggling to estimate how many unexploded devices remain.
"Mapping of the minefields is so far incomplete and inaccurate," Wednesday's report said, cautioning that the arrival of snow would make the situation even more dangerous, since it would cover and even displace booby-traps.

Daniel Christian is from Nigeria, but has also lived in Ukraine, Sweden, Poland, and the Netherlands. He enjoys football, meeting new people and trap music. He came to Ukraine to study, and lived in Luhansk, a city in eastern Ukraine now no longer controlled by the country’s government. He was in Luhansk when the troubles began and says he “witnessed everything first hand.”
“Inspired by God,” he says that he began writing music and performing in Ukraine, and discovered his talent. As a result, he says, “Ukraine is a part of me.”
The motivation for this song actually came from his father, who thought “it would be a good idea to write a song of hope for the people of Ukraine especially in this hard period.”
When asked about his hopes for Ukraine, this is what he said:
“On the way to greatness you encounter obstacles but it’s up to you to stay strong and focus. Ukraine has everything to become GREAT, it just needs time, hard work and prayers.”

Remembering two years ago: On the night of 10-11 December 2013, the bells of St. Michael's Cathedral continuously tolled. The whole city of Kyiv flocked to Maidan square, alarmed, but fearless. This bell and the people it called saved Maidan. John Sydor, ringer Michael's Monastery, wrote that night: "The people of Kyiv began to gradually wake up... after that night the entire Ukraine woke up..."
That night, so many Ukrainians felt it was their duty to defend the dream of a better life.

(Last night) the bells of St.Michael's monastery tolled, just as they did 2 years ago when they awakened the city to go defend the Maidan camp from a violent dispersal by the Berkut riot police.

One Ukrainian serviceman was killed in action over the last day, 2 were wounded in action
December 11, Russian terrorists aimed antitank grenades against positions defended by the Carpathian Sich Battalion. We suffered heavy losses.
A soldier Oleh Haborak (call sign “Son” (Dream)) was killed and soldier Denys Shutak was injured.
Denys Shutak is now in Mechnykov Hospital in Dnipropetrovsk. His injuries are moderately serious. He will live….
Young defender of Ukraine, Oleh Haborak was only eighteen years old ... He died from his wounds.
We express our sincere condolences to the family of our brave comrade-in-arms.
