You have to be represented by a Saskatoonrealty.com agent or other Century 21 Fusion agent for purchase or sale of house.
While rules say open to Canadian residents 18 years of age or older, I do not see a clause saying that the Regie in Quebec was paid for this contest-so Quebec SCers, don't assume anything...
