Probably more healthy than going to McDonalds , Pizza place etc

Plus if the food item is below 4 bucks they only charge you GST and no PST , so mine only came to $ 3.15 after tax ..pretty good deal , I guess.

They also had the footlong promotion a way back for 5 bucks , but not anymore

As a manger of Subway, I can tell you it goes until Feb 16th or 17th . I can't remember if Sat or Sun is the last day, so lots of time to get a $3.00 six inch or $6.00 footlong!!! Enjoy!
