The person you spoke to at Bayer was wrong, my Walmart doesn't take them because they don't get reimbursed, that's the store policy. Why do you think it's in the policy. It doesn't matter what Bayer told you, Walmarts coupon policy states what you're suppose to follow and what coupons must have/be, not following it is wrong.

I think it's ok in that case, and what makes it ok to me is that the store is getting paid by manufacturers on legit coupons. If you photocopy, you know that the store will not get that money when they submit for reimbursement, and you still choose to take their product without you or manufacturer paying for it, that is stealing.

If she did not know that she couldn't photocopy them, they why did she LIE that "it let her print as many as she wants to".

Good for you! If companies realize that the coupons are being photocopied they won't allow printables anymore. You're brave...I'm not sure I would have said anything but I'm glad you did to support all the honest couponers! I'm still peeved that I didn't get my local paper with my brandsaver...will be calling again to complain since I have a paranoia that the paper kid's mom is stealing them, lol. If so, I will be busting them!

Perhaps she printed to a copier and that is what she meant. I print to my office copier all the time, and often call my print jobs copies. Do NOT assume she was lying.
That is the point - the OP does not know the full truth, neither do we, and the woman in question did not owe the OP ANY explanation."Define yourself do not live by definition"

interesting.....
but it is stealing, shoplifting...whatever you want to call it!
Forgery/counterfeiting is an offence...period!
that company would not have been refunded for the dollars and therefore, in essence, it is fraud....
good on you for pointing it out!! it is very clear in writing that the coupons cannot be reproduced....

Why does Walmart have this in their coupon policy? Because its their policy! they want only Manufacturer coupons! That would be my guess.
Not Bayers policy! Bayer honours their coupons!
Funny that Bayer will reimburse other stores, but because Walmart is not enforcing their own coupon policy regarding printable coupons, Walmart doesn't get reimburse. Not even logical to suggest that.

Walmart doesn't want printed coupons that doesn't say it because they have accepted them in the past and don't get reimbursed, that's why it's in the policy, it's not hard to understand. Using that coupon is not following the coupon policy of the store. They want manufactures coupons because they don't reimbursed for ones that don't say it. Walmart doesn't get reimbursed that is why they say no to people that have printed coupons that don't say. I'm not going to keep going back and forth with you, clearly you don't follow coupon policies and you use coupons in error. Stop responding to me.

Ok now we are splitting hairs over whether she had a printer or an office copier. When I print 15 copies of something, I call them copies too. I had copies of the coupon, but they were not photocopies. I am still going to say she lied that "it let her print as many as she wanted to".
Unfortunately the poster got busted with listerine lol! what goes around

WTG... if we don't speak up companies will not issue us coupons and stores will refuse them because they will be out the money, so to sit back and do nothing means that our couponing days will end.

in regards to the copying/printing issue and multiples.
IF the coupon is MEANT to be printed only once, and they have been numbered or have a name on them then you can assume that more than one with the same info on it are reproduced copies.
sometimes there are no names or numbers on them to signify a unique coupon, but the website allows you to print only one or 2. in that case reproducing them would still be a no-no.
i think we all agree on it, but i have the feeling that some ppl still think it's ok.
to bring the fact that it is supposed to be a unique coupon to the attention of the cashier is perfectly fine. it is then the cashier's responsibility to double check, and that is what she is supposed to do. if in the end the coupon seemed fine, i'm sure the cashier would have allowed them. i'm assuming the cashier actually looked to see if the unique number was the same on each coupon or if it was different on each one.In 2020 I had 100 FREE Grocery pickups! Is this a BRAG thread or a debate on the usage of printed coupons?
