Shoppers Personalized coupons - sucking lately?

If I update my profile the coupons should come in the mail? It would have to be after march 28 when the points are awarded right? I loved how I got the promos until I stopped recieving them then again I didn end up using any although they were realky good.
I have a question. If the coupon says8000 points wus $30. Could the product value be $30 and I drop it lower by coupons and the personalizrf coupon still wrks??

as long as they scan the coupon then you pay with the manufacturer coupon you will be fine, points are awarded immediatley.

Oh boy sounds like your shoppers is a head ache waiting to happen.
I think if they reduce a product that really shouldn't matter.

I believe they are actually promoting their email coupons, not mail ones.
And like Anna Michele said, you can only drop your $30 total with manufacturer $$ off coupons, as these coupons take money off from the total transaction - not B1G1; FPC; or Shoppers personalized coupons (like buy a product for $1.99 or get $0.50 WUB a certain product - these change the actual price of the product, so your base points decrease too).

My Sdm is very good at accepting coupons both Sdm and manufacturer but my Sdm does not honour SCOP
few days ago I called head office and I was told that they can not do any thing with it,
it's entirely depends on store management.
so what should i do any ideas,

Pretty sure individual stores are not allowed to just opt out - the entire corporation has agreed to participate, and it is their reputation on the line. For reference sake, SCOP does only apply to items that do not have a price sticker on them (so like if it had a clearance sticker with a price of $1.99 on it, and it scanned in at $4.99 it does not qualify for SCOP).

From their web page:
If the scanned price of a non-price item is higher than the shelf price or any other displayed price, the customer is entitled to receive the first item free, up to a $10 maximum. If a Code of Practice problem cannot be resolved at the store level, please call 1-866-499-4599 to register your complaint.
