I have a lot of good and bad habits but this is the top 3 on my list. I'll start with the bad ones first:
1. Waiting for the perfect moment
2. Holding tightly to worries and difficulties
3. Fears are constantly holding me back
Good habits:
1. Working hard when hard work is required
2. Nurturing important relationships
3. Appreciating the blessings that I have

2. Exercising (although that has gone on the way side since my surgery)
3. Sarcasm
Bad habits
1. Taking to heart, worrying over negative experiences

There's a coworker who has some digestion problems. She decided to walk on her morning break and take part of her lunch to walk.
If the day is too busy to walk on break and lunch, she parks a few blocks from work and walks in the morning and back at the end of the day. Every day. All weather. Even in snow storms.
Her digestion problems are under control.
So I have walked every day, before or during the work day -- what ever fits. Helps with stress too. Helps you to think clearer. Helps you to sleep better at night. Very cheap form of exercise too

Bad habit: be in tangle always.
Good habit: believe in GOD forever.if the music's too loud, you are too old.
