You look sooooo amazing, and I LOVE that shirt!!! I hope your wait wasn't to long. I know the feeling, it's nice to be able to talk with others, but with me it got to the point that I just wanted to get home and crawl under the sheets and relax. I can't believe how many people are milling about waiting for their turn, almost seems overcrowded. I sure hope there were enough chairs for everyone.
Please enjoy the weekend and I hope you're ale o get out and do something special.
We all need a little sunshine every now and then

Hey, did you know that there's a saying about love & how it conquers?
& friends who mean the world will always be there, until we're old & bonkers!
When you can open up your soul & say things that put your heart on the line,
& even when you are worn down or scared, you know that things will be fine,
My friends have helped me immeasurably when I am feeling fragile & befuddled,
That dastardly sarcoma is that party crasher that leaves us feeling troubled!
You see, I want to be an old lady someday, & bask in having silver hair,
I want to motor down the hallways of that Old Ladies Lodge, without a single care,
I will sure earn every wrinkle & as my body further droops,
I'll stuff myself into a girdle & join a dancing troupe....
A cup of tea to tuck me in as I click off the evening news,
There is joy & possibilities for me as I continue with my muse.

Fireworks at the cottage, you can hear them & feel them explode?
Impressive colours will sizzle; is that pyrotechnics morse code?
The boom is loud & it echoes & scares the dog out of its wits,
You can write your name with sparklers, but only until the thing quits,
It is Canada Day my compatriots, don't you just love living this life?
You can be anybody's husband or anybody's wife!
We are in fact a nation that keeps on evolving & growing,
Yet we are so blase about Can-ad-isms, when in fact we should be crowing!
There are issues that we are facing, when don't like it please write your MP,
I've had some patronizing reply when I crabbed about paying hydro "delivery"!
We have hockey, lacrosse, smarties, poutine & nanaimo bars,
Butter tarts, coffee crisp & beaver tails & snow tires on our cars,
We love Tim's with devoted loyalty & Canadian Tire shopping is a given,
We invented duct tape, zippers & pablum, but that is not how we are driven,
We have a land that is vast & impressive for it is a sightseers paradise,
Just do appear in a fuddle duddle phone video, would be my only advice,
Happy Birthday to Canada, as future generations are lying in wait,
Our country will be very good to you, as long as you take charge of your fate.

It is with a very sad & broken heart that I share with you the passing of my much loved sister-in-law. Susan died early this morning after a courageously fought battle with that terrible & dreaded cancer. I am crushed by her passing. I keep thinking that this can’t be real. There are no why’s that can be answered just a crushing sadness that is raw & cruel. Sue helped me, she supported me, and she got me to countless appointments. We went out for lunch, went shopping & talked on the phone everyday.
Susan was an Auntie to my two boys, right from the day that they were born! She was gracious, generous & giving & a role model.
I kept on hoping that somehow she would be the person to banish this disease far away, but it stole her away from us! I don’t know where to begin to make a start to come to terms with this. I loved her so deeply & I will miss her always. I sure don’t know what I am going to do without her, except maybe embrace the sureness of love she has left in the hearts of those who loved her.

No words to say that could possibly help...
I keep erasing what I type.
You are a wonderful person, I admire much!
Some get bigger burdens to carry than others, I ain't trading you!
So very sorry for your loss. Everyone has to feel it and be suffering.
Kick it up!
The Irish get it right sometimes.
Celebrate the life so it remains with you, the loss surely will too!
