    Hi,

    I've never heard of anyone taking a coupon worth more than the product value? That is what i mean!!

    Has anyone had this experience.

    I have....sorry, didn't catch on to what you meant.

    I know at shoppers they have a problem if the coupon is worth more than the product. Just remind them to punch in the price of the product (eg...the hair colour is $3.99, so they will have to punch in $3.99 for coupon value...otherwise their cash rejects it and everyone gets all confused) and it will go through OK. If the regular cashier has a problem with this, the managers know what to do.
    Once I had it where the coupon value was greater than the product (Price Choppers) and I received money back. That hasn't happened for a while.

    went to shoppers today and used the coupon I had a bottle of water with my purchase, she keyed in 5 dollars so i saved on my water too!
