Insurance should cover a lot of the damage. There of course will be renters who didn't have content insurance. There is nothing I stress more to people is content insurance is a must, you just never know what can happen

Going over to my moms today to help clean up I think.

That's my hometown and all my family still there. They're all okay, some property damage but minor in comparison to other loss and damage. Benmiller Inn is a favourite place and very sad to see the damage there. Lots of roads still closed so I'll wait until better access to go help. Lots of hydro and phone service still out. Words cannot describe the devastation and my prayers go out to the family of the miner who lost his life.

I spent the afternoon helping out a friend whos house was hit hard, i am so itchy, there is isulation all over the town. Lots of clean up happening.

Those are shocking pictures Sally, I looked at the other aerial ones too and the one that kind of creeped me out was the show playing at the town cinema was Fright Night. ( I can only imagine how frightening a night it must have been after that tornado left )
