Sorry, not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I am looking for a very loud alarm clock, I'm not usually a heavy sleeper but there are some night's, and I need a loud alarm clock.
The one that I have now it starts off quiet and get's louder and louder, I DON'T want anything like this! just the other day I purchased the highly recommended Sony one and it was soo quiet! I had to return it.
Can you guys please help me, what's a good loud alarm clock I can buy?
preferably in-store..just in case I have to return.
ALSO, one with blue or green numbers, NO red.
please.

When I was working, the best thing that worked for me was a good old-fashioned wind-up alarm clock - there's no ignoring it when it goes off.

Did you look at the Clocky? The inventor designed it to move so you have to catch it after the alarm goes off in order to turn the alarm off.

Make a clock shop proprietor happy and browse windup clocks in the store. You'll find something!

... a newborn. Dang those things are incessant.
Seriously, though I second (third?) the wind-up clock suggestion. Set it on a hard surface and you have the bonus vibration rattle as well. They have cool designs now also, for fun.

Yea I might just go with that, I'v also been looking at the Sonic Alert alarm clocks..has anyone ever had one? they're supposed to be for people who are more hearing impaired lol so it might work for me. I just hope it's loud enough and if that doesn't work I'll go with a wind up clock.

I have a alarm clock that plays a CD In the morning to wake me up. You can select your favorite song and crank the volume.

I actually just got the Sonic Alert one, got a few more recommendations from it from some people and I tested it out and it is really loud, it also has 113dB I believe so it's perfect, will never buy a gradual alarm again..not for me, too quiet / thank you all for your recommendations
