Why would it be illegal? If the fine print states you cannot use with any other promotion, then it would be wrong to claim cash back but most certainly it wouldn't be illegal.

RCSS has the same lotion for $3.48 beginning March 7. I saw the deal in the West flyer, so check the one for you area, just to confirm!

I don't know if the word of choice here is "illegal". Using coupons in conjuction with other offers isn't about legality, as there are no provincial or federal laws relating to couponing lol. It would be more of a validity issue.

Anyways, I've claimed checkout51 rebates after using coupons on my purchases, without any problems. As far as I remember, C51's FAQ section even states that we can use coupons, and then ask for a rebate.

Jp-13, thanks for your post. I found the $3.49 SDM deal after all (at another SD, store), used 2x $2 and got my CK51 $3 rebate approved. Thanks for your posting which prompted me to act fast. I suspect this rebate will be popular.
