Mom to mom RAOK

I registered & went to some seminars at the early years centre that I take my DS to.On Monday after the session ended, 3 moms( me included) stood around to talk & the topic of feeding came up. I then asked both moms what brand of formula they use; one replied that her 4 month old son is partially bottle fed on Nestle Good Start.I then said I have a gift for you & handed her a $7 off cpn. that I've had for months. I asked the other mom if her baby takes formula & she said no. I told her I was prepared to give her one & she thanked me just for the thought.
Today was the last of 4 sessions & I took 2 sample cans of Nestle Good Start formula to give away; I planned on giving one to the mom I gave the cpn to previously & the other to another mom that I was sitting beside( she was absent on Monday).I asked her ( the mom sitting beside me)if she bottle feeds & she says her baby refuses the bottle. Basically the mom who got the coupon, her 4 mth old was fussy towards the end of the session & she was pretty much ready to go. I was taking notes & the instructor hailed at her to stay put as we were all familiar with how babies can get fussy..well I grabbed the bag & headed over to her & handed them to her.She was so surprised & thanked me several times. I hope to see her & another mom with who I exchanged #s with at another early years centre on Saturdays..It really feels great to make someone's day.

I love the early years centres. Havent been in a while but will probavly see what they have going on next week.
