Yes, for every 1-2 coupons that you're missing you would send a "p" stamp (which is now worth .85c) they started reselling the packages/rolls again on March 31.
The stamps don't come with a $1 face value unless you're only buying 1 stamp.

Oh! Ok! Do you know if my old "p" stamps that I bought in 2013 are worth 0.85c? Do the new p stamps have some sort of special marking on them to differentiate between the 85 cent stamps and the previous 63 cent stamps..... sorry for the questions, I haven't been to the post office in awhile and the cp website is a little confusing.

I'm just updating my wishlist now (I had to go back about 20 pages in the scan thread to get all of the new coupons!) I should have it over to you shortly

Yes, your old "p" stamps from 2013 are now worth .85c.
No special mark, in fact I got some yesterday and they are the same as the 2013 ones.
Np, on the questions , please ask away, I know you haven't been around for a while, and I still find that there seem to be a lot of confusion on people part, where the stamps are concern.
Just to let you know too, you have to now add .22c to any .63 stamps that you might still have, to make it a regular stamp (.85) for mail 30g or less.
