Are people saying that all digital personalized coupons aren't working? I was going to do a Friday evening shop in the evening with the prices of this week's flyer and next week's flyer all together

I just came back from SDM...used one of my digital PCs for this week 22K wus $100+ Redeemed right away...I'm in Ontario.

just tried a couple of shops with 20x on each didn't work on either yuck i hate sitting on the phone.

I am new here. I have 2 coupons: 8000 wus $30 food and 8000 wus $40 anything. I bought $30.xx food and 17.xx( using 2 coupons to make it down to $7.xx), and redeem 22000 points for $30. Both coupons showed on the receipt. I got 10909 digital bonus points right away..... in Ontario

did 3 transactions today....all coupons worked, 1 of the transactions is redemption and get the points right away.....but weird thing is I bought 100 gift card get 22k points right away, then tried get another $30 gift card 5 mins later, the coupon didn't showed up, looks like they fixed the problem in 5 mins????

I just did a shop for Cover FX (promo on product of buy 2 get 10,000pts) .... had loaded two personal offers on my card - 8000 pt wus $40 and 20x WUS $30 on cosmetics ..... only got the product points - not the other two ... says digital coupon not available 9001 .....

Looking back through the other posts it seems like it's just the 20x digital offers that are messing up the shops :icon_scratch:

I am in BC My sis and I just got back from shoppers have never had any problems with my digital offers before. My sister bought a $50 GC at one store just received the base points then we went to a different store for food. I used a get 8000 pts wus 30 food and snacks. Coupon shows on receipt but only got base points and no 1 point added. Checked my online account and the coupon has disappeared it is not showing under redeemed just gone. So will e-mail shoppers soon.See if I can get my points added right away
