There are free comics for all ages. For younger kids, there are Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, I think Sonic the Hedgehog, my kids like Archie, and The Simpsons. DH likes Superman, Spiderman, Iron Man, etc. I think there are some Mangas. My store lets us pick four comics per person, so 16 free comics for us.

There was one year where they ran out of Simpsons so we had to run around Montreal to try to find them. Lesson learned. Get there early to make sure you get the comic you want. Happy hunting.

Are you crazy? Lineups?

DH and I go every year, and we've taken DD since she was born. She can't read yet, but we hang on to all the kids comics we get every year for her so she can find out what she likes Our store lets us take 4 each, plus an extra two if we bring our library cards, bring in canned goods, or dress up in cosplay. So we usually get between 12-16 for all three of us.

And yes, get there early, lineups are crazy!
