I woke up around 3 am and couldn't fall back asleep. Decided to go look in some boxes in the basement hoping to find some things I had left at home that I wanted back in my classroom. Didn't find what i was looking for but found almost $50 dollars in Scholastic bookclub coupons These have been sitting in the box since I was on Mat leave in 2008.

Hope they haven't expired yet. Thats like finding $10 in the purse you haven't used since last fall....always a great find!

The coupons for Scholastic never expire we get them as teachers when students order books from the book clubs. Found $13 worth at school too, so now I can buy extra books for my class or my son this year.

Nice brag! I'm a teacher too, and those coupons can go a long way considering the Scholastic book clubs have decent deals on a regular basis (like special paperback versions of books that are only out in hardcover). I pick out the best ones and either add to my classroom library or save them for my daughter
