As you know I have eczema/dermatitis and my acupuncturist told me to eliminate dairy and the imflammation on my left hand left and became cleared up and I used vit D and probiotics but every once in a while it is dry and acupuncturist tell me to drink lots of h 2 o (water) And tried buying non dairy and non almond mylks which is good!
