How did you get one? I called them 3 different times. I thought maybe I could get one by speaking to a different person, but no luck.

You need to sign up with Healthy Essentials and complete the profile, clicking the option saying you're expecting a baby. Then, it will say you are eligible for the coupon (while they will mail to you). You used to get it through calling, but they changed the system.

Oh, and when you sign up and add your baby as a Household member, the sign up sheet submits fine, and it's a mail coupon, not one of those (often annoying for those printerless among us!) printables.
