How to get personalized SDM coupons?

So many great deals out there from the SDM shoppers. How can I get some of the personalized coupons that are mentioned here? Does SDM track purchases and send according to pattern?

Sdm personalized coupons are sent to optimum member.
if you have optimum card and still don't get the personalized coupons,
call Sdm HO,1800shoppers,or you can also email them.
in the mean time you can also update your information by entering codes 2424 and 2828,
sdm will update your information and you will Also get 2000 points by May 30th,
also 1 code is for 2000 points and the other code is for new card registrations.
update your profile 2 times.

Yes you can print again and use the coupon more than once,
according to my store manager 2 to 4 times is a reasonable use of 1 coupon,because that way Sdm keep sending you offers every week,
but when they suspect so many offers are being redeem using one card,then they can stop sending offers.i have 3 cards so I divide my purchases in 3 cards and match the offers from all 3 cards,then I use them.
Last week I got 4 free Vaseline lotions free,because me and my sister got the same offer,so 2 lotions I got using my card and the other 2 using my sisters card.

Thanks. I've been hoping to get some as well. However, the site is really glitchy for me and whenever I try to register my email (button at the bottom), it logs me out. But I did check the box when updating my profile, so hopefully that works.

I have been getting a lot of personalized coupons from SDM in my Inbox. My favorite is the Spend $30, Save $10...comes about once a month. They must monitor spending habits of each customer (based on what the Optimum card records) and base the coupons on that.

Thanks for the codes. What is the email address to email them? Thanks. Last time I called them to get the emails the woman told me that I need to use my card and when I replied that I do and still don't get them, she said well, I guess you'll have to use it more. Not very helpful.
