The coupon was refused by the Ajax, ON store because the 20 pack wasn't pictured, and the minimum of $4.99 was too low compared to the $9.99 regular price. Went around in circles at the store.
Hope to PM somewhere else tomorrow.

Ugh, that drives me crazy, what difference does it make what the picture looks like, as long as we are using the coupon with the correct product and the Cascades coupon is a minimum purchase value of $4.99 - it doesn't say only on toilet paper. It could be on any Cascades product.

Cascades confirmed that the coupon could be used, and GT head office and the store resolved it within 24 hours. I was really impressed with the store's response.
