Parents of 3 Both Diagnosed With Cancer

I wasn't sure where to post this, but the story really touched me and I wanted to share it.

An elementary school teacher in Nova Scotia, Jill MacDonald, and her husband, Jeff, were recently diagnosed with cancer within days of each other. Both are in their early 40s and they have 3 children. It's hard to imagine going through what they are going through.

That's so very sad, and unfortunately not the first time I've heard of this happening with a family.

Hoping they get good treatment, and get through it all okay - though his sounds more dire.

It restores my faith in people to read of the support and encouragement this couple is receiving from all over the world.

The goal of $40,000 was met in one day and keeps growing!
Amazing that people are so giving and caring. That does restore faith in humanity when all you see is the opposite on the news.
