I redeemed $20 for a Metro GC and decided to use it last night.
I managed to get a bunch of coupons, check them out in the coupon section.
What I managed to get was:
2 bottles of silk with the free kashi (1 for me and 1 for my mom's addy) + 10 bonus airmiles ($5 or more on milk) - $3.49 each - $1.00 x 2 = MADE MONEY After I get free cereal!
2 bottles of Oasis Nutrisource - $2.99 each - $1 x 2 + 2 bottles of free oasis = MADE MONEY!
1 Kashi granola bars - $2.99 - $2 however rang up $4.39 so SCOP!
Yoptimal yogurt - $5.99 - $1 + 8 airmiles (coupon received)
bananas and grapes (no coupon but needed)
2 stouffers - $1.99 each + 5 airmiles ( coupon received)
+ 15 airmiles when you spend $30 or over
OOP with GC off and SCOP spent $10! + 38 airmiles!!

very nice l miss living in Thunder Bay where both Metro and Safeways has airmiles/GC
