Hello everyone
Would there be anyone out there that would have any diabetic cake recipes that they would be willing to share?
Also, for those who have recipes, do you have any that are for icing? I have used Cool Whip like crazy but I would love to try any other ideas or recipes for icing.

go to the Equal site they have a bunch of recipes.
my mate is diabetic but with cancer as well any substitue is a no-no.
there is one icing that is cream cheese based.
