    I've tried downloading JAVA many times, and I still can't print the smarsource coupons.
    Any suggestions anyone?

    I've seen this problem on one of my older computers. One time, download and reinstall worked for 1 print. Then stopped.

    Not sure how to fix it really.

    Have you tried rebooting your computer since the upgrade?

    This is happening to me too, and not just on 1 computer. i've tried several (family & friends). I just bought a new laptop, and it doesnt work on it either

    It could be that Java is disabled on your browser. Do any of you use Internet Explorer or Mozzila Firefox?
