Puffs and Jean Coutu :))

Great deal on Puffs at Jean Coutu this morning. I did two different transactions:
1 st transaction:
4 3-Packs of Puffs tissue (100 cnt ea)....7.98$ total (minus 2X 2.50$ coup)
6 packs of 6 individual Puffs packets at 0.99$ ea... (minus 6X 1.00$ coup)

My total: 4.73$

2nd transaction:
4 3-Packs of Puffs tissue (100 cnt ea)...7.98$ total
4 packs of 6 individual Puffs packets at 0.99$ ea
This time, I paired one 3-Pack tissues with one mini Puffs packet for each coupon of 2.50$WUB products, so saved more $$$

My total: 3.49$

So, In all I got 24 boxes of Puffs (100 cnt) and 60 mini Puffs individual packets for a total OOP of only 8.22$

jean coutu in caraquet would not accept my $1 off coupon because puffs were 99 cents...

how did u get the 100 count with that $1 coupon.. it says excluding single packs... and those are jus a box which is considered single pack.

Most people have taken the single pack to mean the pocket-sized packs of 20.

If I'm remembering correctly for the bounty, it couldn't be used on a single roll.

i wonder if they would accept the 2.50 one on 2 of the .99cent puffs? they have the single box and they have the 6 pack of 12 for that price. they can't say the 12 pack is a single pack. (i think)

The only issue with that is that some Jean Coutus are not willing to adjust the price of the coupon downwards. So if the coupon value is greater than the sale price that won't let you use it. But that depends on the Jean Coutu - different people have had different experiences.

Won't accept it for what? There nothing wrong... Except maybe the fact the 1cent under a dollar...
Seriously I don't know why people are freaking out about the wording, because this is a 3boxes package! Not three boxes alone..
