I have an email from their head office that states they DO take coupons. You could print that out and keep it onhand. That way when they say no, if you're following their guidelines, you can whip that to show them that you can use them. I'll post it here for you.
Thank you for taking the time to contact us. We do accept manufacturer’s coupons – provided that these coupons are directly from the manufacturers and that we sell products that are subject to these coupons.
Furthermore, there could be exceptions to this principle in regards to some specific products.
Thank you.

Ok I did it, I'v tried the Dollarama on Gardiner's and Bath Rd. Both do accept coupons, although the coupon must be the same amount as the product otherwise they will not accept it! I tried using my $3 poly to go coupons (they are $2 at Dollarama), they said they will let it go this time, but no more. What a great place to use your coupons, there are so many name brands here!

I used a bunch of coupons at the Dollarama yesterday with no problem. I only got 1 of each thing though, because I wasn't sure how they would intrepret the "one coupon per purchase" and I was in a hurry. So, here's what I got with coupons:
1 x Polytogo @ $2 - $2 Pink J&J Call In = Free
1 x Vileda Scrunge Pad @ $1 - $1 SS coupon = Free
2 x Dawn Dishsoap @ $1 ea - $1 wub 2 brandsaver coupon = $0.50 ea
1 x Energizer Max batteries @ $2 - $1 tearpad coupon = $1
1 x St. Ives @ $1 - $1 tearpad coupon = Free

I haven't used any yet, but I asked at the Princess Street store across from the Kingston Centre and they said they are accepting coupons.

Gardiners Road re-stocked the Nivea handsoap so I was finally able to get 1.
I was also able to get 1 Listerine for free ($2 - $2 coupon from company).
Unfortunately all the polytogo was gone though.

Can anyone confirm if Kingston dollarama's are still accepting coupons? I've seen a lot of posts from other area's saying that they are no longer allowing coupons.
When was the last time you used coupons at the $store?

I was just in the Dollarama today on Bath Rd. They are still accepting coupons, but only until September 30. So go now while you can!!! I'm so sad, I love using coupons at Dollarama, it's the only way my 10 year old gets me into the store!!!

I used one of the Royale $1 off coupons for the dinner napkins at the downtown Dollarama on Princess Street last week. It was the cashier's first time redeeming a coupon and she had to call the supervisor over to help her do it, which was pretty funny. I don't remember seeing anything that said they will stop accepting coupons, but I will look for it today.
It will really suck if they stop accepting coupons, and I must admit it takes some big balls to use coupons at the dollar store.
