CONTEST RULES
Sign-in To Win Contest
ROGERS Communications Partnership
The Sign-in To Win Contest (the "Contest") is presented and administered by Rogers Communications Partnership (herein referred as "Rogers" or "Contest Sponsor").
1. The following are prize providers only in the Contest:
(a) Rogers Blue Jays Baseball Partnership ("RBJBP")
(b) the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball ("BOC"), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P., Major League Baseball Enterprises, Inc., Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., the Major League Baseball Clubs (the "MLB Clubs"), each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the MLB Clubs or the BOC, and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agents of the foregoing entities (the foregoing MLB entities, collectively, the "MLB Entities"); and
(c) the National Hockey League, its member teams, NHL Enterprises, L.P., NHL Enterprises Canada, L.P., NHL Enterprises B.V. and NHL Interactive CyberEnterprises, LLC (the foregoing NHL entities, collectively, the "NHL Entities") and Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Ltd. (" MLSE").
The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with RBJBP, the MLB Entities, Rogers Stadium Limited Partnership (" RSLP), MLSE the NHL Entities, or any of their respective parents, governors, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, shareholders and agents (together with the Contest Sponsor, the "Releasees") and each of them is completely released of all liability by each entrant in this Contest. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Contest must be directed to Contest Sponsor and not to RBJBP, the MLB Entities, RSLP, the NHL Entities or MLSE.
2. ELIGIBILITY - The Contest is open to residents of Canada who are over the age of majority in their province or territory of residence, (individually " entrant" and altogether "entrants").
Employees of Contest Sponsor and the other Releasees, and each of their respective parent and affiliated companies, representatives, dealers and agents, contest judges, and those with whom they are domiciled are not eligible to enter.
3. CONTEST PERIOD - The Contest starts at 8:59am EDT August 19, 2014 and continues until 11:59pm EDT October 8, 2014 (the "Contest Closing Date" and together with the Contest start date, the "Contest Period"). All times listed herein are Eastern Daylight Saving Times (" EDT").
4. HOW TO ENTER - No purchase necessary
i) Sign in to your MyRogers account at rogers.com/myrogers, or if you have not yet registered your Rogers account, do so by following the instructions at rogers.com/myrogers. Once you have signed in, click on the Contest link to be routed to the entry form. Fully complete the entry form and submit as instructed. Entry form must be received by 11:59 pm on the day preceding the First Draw Date (see Prize Schedule in Section 5) to be entered in all Contest draws, or at by 11:59 pm on the day preceding the applicable Draw Date for any subsequent draw.
ii) To enter the Contest without registering to or signing in to your MyRogers account, mail an original a 250-word essay on " The Benefits of Sporting Events to Canadians", as well as your name, address, day and evening telephone numbers and email address, with sufficient postage, to Sign-In to Win Contest, Dept 3107, Box 9500 Lakeshore West PO, Oakville, ON, L6K 0G4. Mail-in entries must be received by 11:59 pm on the day preceding the First Draw Date (see Prize Schedule in Section 5) to be entered in all Contest draws, or at by 11:59 pm on the day preceding the applicable Draw Date for any subsequent draw. Limit of one (1) entry per person. Any attempt or suspected attempt to enter more than once per person, any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or any entry methods not authorized by these Contest Rules (the "Rules"), shall be deemed as tampering and will void all of your entries. All entries that are incomplete, illegible, damaged, contain erroneous contact or entry information or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of the Rules may be disqualified by the Contest Sponsor.
5. PRIZES - There will be a total of five hundred and two (502) prizes available to be won (each a "Prize" or, collectively, the "Prizes").
The value of prizes is all in Canadian Dollars. The images of the Prizes used in the Contest advertising may differ from the Prizes described herein. The approximate retail value indicated below for each Prize is the approximate retail value of the Prize at the launch of the Contest. No financial compensation will be made or required if actual values differ from the indicated approximate retail value.
