So, lo and behold, my samples came today too- after sending them an email stating I have tried several times in the past and never received them. Looks like the email lit a fire under their ....

After trying under one email address before Christmas and never getting the offer to accept the samples, I clicked through one of my emails newsletters from them that it signed me up for and tried again using the same email address and at the end including some friends as referrals one being myself at another email address. I did the same survey using the same name, address, profile etc. And finally! I got the offer at the second email.

It seems to pick and choose....
Also when I clicked through to accept the samples I noticed the contact info was all messed up. My apt# was in the phone# spot and my city wasn't even listed. So I wonder if their system is not matching things up correctly and therefore not passing our information along to the correct channels.

Just something I noticed....check your info carefully.

I ordered some samples from the Op's link on Dec 29 ... and received the package from them on Thursday - Jan 22. Very happy with them Thank you

Yay!! Thats happy mail. I ordered them years ago and even followed up and placed an order. I can't wait to see how my skin plan has changed.

So, this thread inspired me to try for the samples again, and they came this time! It was a really nice surprise in the mail today. :D

This actually happened to me also. It probably means that your samples should arrive soon. I got mine a few days after receiving that email. I hope yours come soon fingers crossed X

I received this! Took about 3 weeks to come in. Not sure if I was suppose to but I received 2 of everything.

2x special cucumber lotion (packets)
2x enzyme cleansing gel (packets)
2x flower & tonic mask (packet and little jar)
2x strawberry face scrub (little jars)
2x ceramide herbal eye cream (little jars)
2x collagen moisturizer SPF 15

Everything came in 2 separate envelopes, so whether it was a mistake or not still very impressed.
