Sibling has had Netflix for over a year. We seem to have a monthly issue in that the last week of a month seems to cause some kind of connection issue between the Internet and Blu-ray dvd player. Then it is resolved. Can lose 5-6 days at a time this way.
I also discovered I can crash the connection by choosing about 40 shows or movies to add to My List. Then when I was able to much later access that list, not everything was on that list that I chose.

Choose wisely and delete programs you have watched before adding more.
