Safeway Brag

So I went to Safeway today. I totally forgot that Dove soaps were on for buy 1 get 1 free plus all Dove body wash and shampoos were also $2.99.

Having those $2 off WUB2 coupons I was on a mission

I got 6 soaps (they come in 2s) so I made sure to get 2 different soaps 1 for women and 1 for men. I wasnt sure if she was going to accept it as different product all together or if its considered different dove product, but I was gonna ask anyway. So, when I asked her she accepted it. So basically soaps were $4.74 and second is free - $2 off = $2.74 for 2 packs. (In each pack there are two)

$2.74 x 3 = 8.22 other 3 were free.

And I got 2 body washes, they were on for $2.99 with the $2 coupon I was paying 2x $2.99 = 5.98 - $2 = 3.98

and I got 2 of new Dove body washes I had 2 $2 off coupon and they were also on sale for $2.99 each

2x $2.99 = 5.98 - $4 = 1.98 for both.

I also got Black Diamond Cheese $4 - $2 = $2


I paid OOP: 16.18 + tax = 17.49
Savings of $44.51 or 73% off the total.

I also earned 50 airmiles

Oh and also I was out with my husband and found few coupons .... 2 x $2 off Glade coupon, $2 off any Oasis 1.75L juice Exp: March 31st 2012 and $1 off any Becel Buttery Taste margarine Exp: Dec 31st 2012 whoohoooo

good deals and great airmiles. I find it pretty hard to find much for good deals at safeway, they just seem to expensive for me. But you sure did good.
