Thread: PS4 for only $7.99 andmy other black friday shopping! :)

    First of all thank you soooo much @cyn88canada for posting early sdm and RCSS flyers on SC. Early flyers gave me a lot of time to shake off some sdm love and focus mainly on getting the best deal for me and my pocket.

    1: First we went to RCSS on 28th to get that PS4 bundle with GTA V and The Last Of Us. Its price was the same as sdm price but it had 2 games, and itwas a no tax day @ rcss. I bought pc gift cards worth $150.00 from my husband's pcpoints.
    i cashed in my pcfinancial points worth $170.00
    I had $125 from selling our PS3 online and that money was already set aside to buy PS4. So in the end we ended up paying only $7.99 out of our pocket, AND we got our free turkey too.

    2: then we went to London Drugs to buy an electric shaver for my husband. It was on sale for $99.00. I couldnt get that $20.00 from smartsource because of our stupid "java not installed" error on our computer.

    3: then iwent toThrift Foods to buy some pringles. They had a deal for "buy 8 pringles ($1.99 each) get 100 air miles", this was going to be my first time collecting air miles, having their card since 11/11. So i got 8 pringles and $10.00 (95 air miles = $10.00) for $16ish.


    And then yesterday i went to sdm for 2 redemptions. I bought samsung tablet for $379.99, redeemed $210.00 and used my husband's personal offer of 20x wus $50.00 or more for the amount i paid out of my pocket.

    And last... i did a $105.00 redemption on groceries and some stila, gosh and quo make up. I used my personalized big coupon "6000 points wus $20.00 on snacks and candy" and got 6000 pts back in my card. Ahem ahem @Poobah i think someone is getting jealous to see my personalized coupon. Lol.
    by the way Mr. @Poobah, how much did YOU pay oop for a ps4 and 2 games???

    (Sorry moderators, i couldnt resist pulling his legs. Lol)


    This was our best black friday shopping year so far..... my husband cant stop bragging to all his squadron about "his smart shopping skills and his smart use of coupons to collect points". Lmao. walkonby did you see how spoiled my husband is!

    Lol. You are right about the friendly bragging competitions. And that Mr-im-not-kidsteph-but-still-made-so-many-redemptions has learnt a lot in a very short time, and i am afraid he is winning.
