I was at the only Foodland grocery store in Ottawa for that first time and it was FULL of tearpads and coupon booklets. Its in Greely which is about 10 min south of Bank and Huntclub. Its a great little store open 24 hours and also has a beer store.
Also my dentist had some good coupons
1.50 off colgate total toothpaste
1.00 off oral-b toothbrush
Also a basket of "help yourself" samples of crest tooth paste.
Highly recommend going there:

So is that down Bank St. past the Giant Tiger? I had no idea there was a foodland there, going to have to go check it out. Thanks for the tip.

I finally made it out the Foodland last weekend, small store, lots of coupons. Cool that they have a beer store inside. I noticed there are building some stores on the way there, anyone know what's being built? all i could make out was the notorious shape of a Tim Hortans under construction.

Building along bank street? I'm not too sure, but probably some box stores.
