We are visiting the US soon and we're looking for shelf-stable stuff like juice, crackers, granola bars or soups in interesting flavours we can't find in Canada.
DH likes Pop Tarts with no icing. They're not available in Canada so we always get him some.
I also like a lot of products from Trader Joe's and we will probably also stop by Wegmans in Buffalo on the way back
What do you like?
Would be a great bonus if they have coupons too! Noticed the coupons there are pretty sucky. (Save 40 cents WUB 2 kind of thing. Doesn't even cover the cost of paper and ink)This thread is currently associated with: N/AApply every possible promo code to your cart, at every store that you visit (and get points for cash back on top of that?). Thanks for the great rundown @lecale! Some of those Oreo flavours are definitely freaky
@Ciel we are actually going for a festival and will stop for hard to find foods while we're there anyway. I don't like cross-border shopping, generally. I like to be able to return something if I have buyer's remorse and I find deals are actually better in Canada right now (just look at the American food flyers).Apply every possible promo code to your cart, at every store that you visit (and get points for cash back on top of that?). On a few trips we've picked up Campbell's Chunky soup because of the variety of flavours not sold here, but I don't find them to be superior to the Canadian product.
Plus other flavours.
Great on pulled pork tacos.

I always buy the double chocolate Ghirardelli brownie mix from Target in the U.S. The best brownies ! I also buy Milky Way chocolate and Funyuns from time to time (onion flavored corn snack chips) which are not available in Canada (at least not where I live).
