We're going, as we do every year. This year I noticed the pay-off: we've been collecting the freebie comics for 5+ years and put them in a bin for DD, now that she's three she's finally gotten into them and pores over them at bedtime

We went and they had a limit of 5 comics each person. We only got 16 (family of 4 so we could have gotten up to 20) and a couple of them were duplicates (the kids both wanted spongebob and ninja turtles) they also had ninja turtles pins and comic tattoos.

We were able to get 4 per person, plus a couple extra since our store ran a food drive and we brought a bag of stuff, so we got 14 total. DH got his Dr. Who comic, I got my Simpsons and Avatar, DD got a couple of appropriate kids ones, plus a bunch more I'll put away for her to read when she's older. They had a bunch of people in cosplay and we got a great pic of DD with a girl dressed as Black Widow
