Schweppes is neither. Schweppes/Dr. Pepper/C-Plus is a different entity altogether and you're lucky if their products are on sale during a Coke or Pepsi brand sale (usually NOT). But this time of year, most major pop brands' 2L bottles tend to go on sale same week at least once.
