It's a low flat basket from the dollar store. They were 2 together for $1.00. So... cheap and efficient (that stuff is so heavy that I needed something sturdy)

My mother manages an A&W and she does baskets up for her supervisors at Christmas to show she appreciates them too! It is nice to see other managers do these types of things too, because my mother always felt a little foolish doing it when all of the other A&W managers in our area never did it for any of their staff. She used to buy the preassembled baskets but when we started couponing she would just build them herself because it would be so much cheaper (as you showed in your post) . I am off to show her this post right now she will love this
