Just visited the Lime Ridge Mall site and there's an announcement of new hours for 2015.
Saturday has one more hour of shopping added to the evening. The other hours remain the same as before (unless Sunday hours had ended at 5pm?).

May as well mention that if you are in the Ancaster Meadowlands, Saturday hours for retail clothing/shoe stores tend to end at 6pm.
Target is open until 8pm and the Shoppers in the area is open until 10pm.
Sobeys Extra is a 24h store except the days before a stat holiday-closures happen at 9 or 10pm.
