The 2015 "Other Money" Brag Thread!

here is my total of "other money" thruout the year just added it all up
-814.11 in coupon use -down from last year as I bought less /or didn't find the great coupons as the year before
-60.83 in mail in rebates
-298.35 from snapsaves and checkout51
-scops 15.86
-sold stuff on kijiji 148.25
-shoppers redemption ,p.c points ,petro points ,surveys gift cards,saving 10.00 at marks workwarehouse from doing survey off bill or giftcards as gifts we used,50% or 30% at value village or talize 1,445.40

grand total 2,782.80

happy with the savings I helped contribute to my household this past year

In 2015, I brought in an extra $6032.05! This was up $2517.89 from 2014's earnings of $3514.16 (I took out Universal Child Benefit, gifts and tax refunds from these totals).

Did you transfer your Club Sobeys 'money' to your Air Miles account before they expired?

In the last year I have earned $887.57 from Ebates.

Totals from penny sites was over $3100.....so pennies do add up! Hoping for more pennies this year!! Didn't keep track of shopper's redemptions or air miles I think I will do that this year too!

I have been keeping a spreadsheet for 2015...but I forgot to add in Jan, Feb, & March.... but my total from April - December is $1402. I'm thrilled with that total.... I know I'm not as hardcore as you all, tho'!! Way to go, everyone!! Those are some impressive totals!

Revised to say, I've been finding a few other things i didn't add on... including two nice 'Chase the Ace' wins! My yearly total is actually $3000! woohoo!

Can you explain what the 'penny sites' are?

Penny sites are sites like swagbucks, clixsense, perk etc....you can do surveys, tasks, watch videos etc....I call them penny sites because most things you make mere pennies but as you can see they add up! You can cash out for paypal or gift cards for various different stores or amazon.

Perk is about the easiest with the least amount of work but would recommend you have an unlimited data plan for that one.

I am ecstatic for all of you who have shared of your wealth...and way to go spanishpoet on your earnings...many I hadn't even heard of...simply WOW'd by that!
I, myself, was off to a great start tracking everything but then life happened and my cute chart didn't get updated as much as I wanted. In the end though, I have saved/found/redeemed more than $2,500 and I've still got money ready in the wings for 2016 redemptions! Looking forward to kicking things up a notch this year!

Alright folds, it's time to start a fresh thread so we can clearly track how we're doing for 2016! I will include a link to the older annual threads for reference though. Once the new one is up, I'll ask the moderators to close this one so we don't lose any new comments and updates! Cheers to everyone and here's to another great year of other money bragging!

There are many other sites that I use, but those are the only ones that I cashed out of this year (the other ones take a loongg time!)
