Going to try Metro today....my walmart didn't have any

I got my replacement coupons today (Great!) but the coupon expires Jan 26 (not so great ). Wish it was a longer expiry date.

Used my replacement coupon today. RCSS only had the chocolate crisps which is ok with me. I tried the cinnamon ones and wasn't impressed with them.

The same is here .. I wasn't impressed with this product too. Packaging is poor as well as the taste (in fairness the chocolate flavoured crisps tasted the best of all three). I did appreciate though the coupons given us by the company to try out their new product before buying it ! I opened a bag with a creamy caramel flavour crisps at home; tried it and didn't like neither smell no taste of it (ended up throwing it into garbage ). I gave away the rest of the bags to my colleagues at work and they all liked chocolate flavoured ones (I tried a few pieces too .. not bad but still not my "thing" lol).

Mia, I have tried 3 flavours ( all sweet versions ) and they all make me want to hurl! Especially the smell, the open bag was downstairs and as I came down there I covered my face trying to figure what that awful smell was!! They are not for me, I get them just since they are free and for anyone here who likes them.

What's up with this product? I opened the package and I smell a "paint smell" probably from the packaging. But the product itself also smell rancid...I did try a piece but find this product horrible. Wasted tax money on this fpc.

@Decaf You were charged tax on it?! When I used my coupons I thought I would be charged tax too but there was no tax (I bought mine at 2 different stores .. SaveOnFoods and ExtraFoods).

I don't know, Metro charged me tax and I realized that after I paid so I just let it go. I think there's tax on the cinnamon sugar flavour but no tax on the chocolate flavour, go figure.

I had to pay 19 cents for one and the other I didn't. I never complain whether I get charged tax or not as it is usually a small amount.

I haven't tried them yet........

My cashier called the manager at Metro and he told her what to enter so that the tax would be removed as well.

So I just picked up a package of the chocolate crisps today and erm....what I want to know is what on earth were they thinking coming out with a product like this??

I only found the chocolate ones and the smell put me off. It's hard to enjoy the taste of something if you don't like the smell.
