Was just coming in to post this - my mom just called me at work and said she was watching the news and heard it - she didn't hear a date but guess there will be some deals to be had. Feel bad for the employees

sigh... i really preferred target to walmart..despite the empty shelves
the service was so much better, the employees so much friendlier and helpful
the lines were fast..
what a shame

I know right we saw this coming. Our store was in a bad location. Like right beside Costco.
The store was always neat and clean. I found their prices too high. Sorry for those that are losing their jobs and others that like their shopping trips.

no secret they were having super tough times but so loved their kids, bedding, seasonal depts. and their great employees. will really miss the store. wish they would have considered keeping a few stores. sorry the staff are losing their jobs. I imagine gift cards will still be honoured as they aren't under bankruptcy protection?

MY FAVORITE STORE. This is so sad for not only all the employee's, but also all the shoppers that loved their amazing deals :'(
