40% off on cards and birthday things, have to go back and see if my 5 year old knows what he wants for his party. I'm all ready to throw him a pirate party with treasure hunt etc. They've go some nice pirate stuff. The toys were 20% off, might wait for this to be more. Jewelry 40 off.

That's one of the saddest pictures I've seen in awhile.

I visited 3 Targets while in Florida and each one made me dread coming home to see the liquidation process at my local store. Gosh how I love Target.

Side note, I really don't find a big difference between the US prices and Canadian prices. Everything I looked at was pretty comparable. I did scoop up quite a few clearance products and things we don't have here though.

I don't think they are..plus I was told the system itself doesn't allow them to do any returns anymore..something like that.

BC Targets seem to have more stock and are scoring the better deals than other parts of Canada. Maybe because Target stock is shipped through west coast ports?

If that is the case, then I am super grateful for my luck and my location.

Keep in mind, we also have a pretty hard core group in the Lower Mainland visiting multiple locations daily and reporting. It might just be perceived that way due to the amount of updates and activity.

No, they are pulling out of Canada without paying their local suppliers, including transport companies!!!

do you have a link about this? I'm in the transportation industry I'm curious... Bison delivers here for Target and is one of our clients, but I havent heard anything about them getting stiffed.

They are accepting returns WITH receipt, for items purchased before February 5. They won't give you a gift card obviously, but I think they should honour the return. It can't hurt to try.

Make up was 30% and skin care 20% yesterday. Heard from a cashier that more markdowns are coming on Thursday.
