    Hi all

So the Shoppers by my house (in Toronto) has been revamped and now sells produce! They literally have produce stands and sell all kinds of veggies, fruit, cheese and even some meat (also dairy as usual). The best part of me personally is that they sell organic and that their organic prices are on par with Sobeys and Metro (which I didn't expect).

I've gone shopping there the last two weekends and so I'm sure by the end of the year I'll have tons of points to spend.

I guess this is a result of being bought by Loblaws. Probably many SCers knew this was going to happen, but I had no idea and it was a very pleasant surprise!

    Woohoo!!

One of my local SDMs sells some fruit, veggies, little bit of meat..even some specialty cheeses and its been this way for a few yrs. I think it might depend on the size of the store. The other 2 stores in my area are small and do not carry these items...Its awesome!! Enjoy

Ooh, I would love that, as long as produce is kept up it would be awesome on points days and for redemptions!

OMG! I am so jealous. I hope all of them start carrying produce. You are very lucky.

My SDM carry some produce and frozen meat. Although their price are not on par with Safeway or Superstore, it makes it easy to fill the shopping cart during redemption day.

For anyone living in Regina - we are a test bed for meat and produce for the province. Most SDM are going to be cleaning house to make room.

The SDM closest to me has been undergoing huge renovations for quite some time now...they've temporarily moved to a wee wee little space on the other side of the mall while their usual space is closed off. It would be great if this SDM is getting the same goods update!

Interesting ... well they have the supply chain already in place for these products.
