Best thing for vegetarians to take in for protein : Chia Seeds
They have 4.7 grams of protein per oz. I add them to everything I eat to keep my levels even because I don't eat meat all the time. Also, eggs will be your best friend. I was a vegetarian for over 5 years. I eat meat now though.Life isn't about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself.

I think they all taste awful but Dymatize Nutrition ISO 100 isnt soooo bad. I would rather eat actually food lol
