How do YOU organize your coupons?

I have an 8 x 10 sized book thing that zippers closed on all 3 sides. I found it at a second hand store. The inside has pockets on both sides top to bottom, but to be honest for the last maybe 1.5 years the coupons have been dwindling in attractiveness ( face value, early expiries, restrictions, crazy wording ) so my book is not that full at any one time.
Also many many coupons are for the things I SHOULD NOT be eating ( but have been lately ), many more coupons are put out there for processed things rather than fresh foods.

I have a zippered binder with the hockey cards pages from the dollar store (I do have to fold the coupons), I organize them by month expiry. Try to keep the food on top off the page, then personal hygiene,then household. It's easy to add extra pages if a month has a lot of coupons. It is big to carry around though,but I carry a backpack (always things for the kids to bring) so it works for me.

I use a coupon case that I bought from Target(got my original on which is similar but smaller at Dollarama). Coupons that are to be used currently are kept in the last pocket(back) & the pocket just prior to that are coupons that will be expiring the current month. coupons that are for trade,gifting etc. are kept in envelopes then placed in a portfolio type case(also from Target).

No perfect method .... I have a zippered flat pencil case I keep in my purse - holds fpcs/special coupons in the zippered part and then it opens out with a felcro closing - inside I keep an envelope with my SDM coupons and a small stash of what I need to use;

Then in my car I also have the dollorama small accordion one - with compartments for other coupons - broken down in dairy - cereal - beauty etc ... probably about 8 compartments .... and then at home I have a cloth bag - with a small box inside -that holds the main stash of coupons - also broken down by category.... If I think I might need them with me then I take it in the car.... a few years ago I used to take this with me in the shops but it just makes me anxious.... if there is an awesome - can't live without deal - I will go back to my car and dig out the necessary coupons ....
