I leave, no sense in making a scene. Usually easier for me to leave than hurt someone's feelings by telling them to go away. That is for friends.
For strangers it's just , please leave lol

I just leave. If at work I just explain I'm not well and will work from home. I'd rather be by myself. I find having others around me will only make matters worse.
If at home, I do something that I know no one will want to do, like doing the chores lol.
I feel better faster if I keep myself occupied. Doing the chores and organising stuff helps a lot.Last edited by Jina; Fri, Feb 13th, 2015 at 12:53 PM.

@ work its really easy for me to just throw in my ear buds and tune everything else around me out. People tend to just keep walking by the office door if they see you are listening to something.
At home, DH just knows when to back off and stay out of my way.

Normally I just leave. If it happens to be my mother, I tell her that she needs to stop talking. Which she will always put down to PMS lol
